I've been looking into selling my property and had a question about real estate commissions. Does the commission charged by real estate agents typically include GST (Goods and Services Tax)?

From my understanding, in many cases, the commission quoted by agents does include GST. However, it's always wise to clarify this with your agent upfront to avoid any surprises later on.
